Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to and serve customers within Singapore.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund within 15 days of delivery, and offer exchanges in the form of store credit within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Singapore typically takes 3–5 business days.
Does the bag come with a dust bag?
Yes, each piece comes with its own protective dust bag for storage.

What leather do you use?
We use top-grain leather, chosen for its luxury, durability, and everyday practicality. Top-grain leather is incredibly strong and tear-resistant, making it perfect for handling daily wear and tear while maintaining a pristine, uniform look. It is naturally pliable, soft, and lightweight, making it the ideal choice for an everyday ladies' work bag.
Will the leather change over time?
Top-grain leather is lightly sanded to remove natural blemishes and then sealed with a protective topcoat. Because this finish creates a barrier against the elements, your bag will look just as beautiful on Day 1,000 as it did on Day 1. It will not darken or develop a dramatic patina over time, allowing it to maintain its original color.
Is the bag heavy?
Not at all. Our bags are structured yet lightweight enough for comfortable daily use. The exact weight for each style can be found under its individual product description.
How should I care for my bag?
Top-grain leather is incredibly low-maintenance compared to other leathers. You don’t need to baby it, but a little routine upkeep will prevent the protective coating from drying out and keep the bag looking brand new for years. We recommend storing your bag in its dust bag when not in use, avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, and using a leather conditioner occasionally to maintain its suppleness.
Can the bag get wet?
Light splashes or rain droplets can simply be wiped off gently with a dry cloth. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours or prolonged exposure to moisture to protect the leather.
How do I clean the leather?
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth for regular dusting. For deeper cleaning or to refresh the leather, we recommend using a specialized, high-quality leather cleaner and conditioner.
