Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to and serve customers within Singapore.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Singapore typically takes 3–5 business days.
Does the bag come with a dust bag?
Yes, each piece comes with its own protective dust bag for storage.

What leather do you use?
We use full-grain leather, chosen for its luxurious feel, durability, and everyday practicality. Strong and resilient, designed to withstand the demands of daily use.
Is the bag heavy?
Not at all. Our bags are structured yet lightweight enough for comfortable daily use. The exact weight for each style can be found under its individual product description.
How should I care for my bag?
A little care will keep your Cressé piece looking beautiful for years to come.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water. If wet, gently blot and allow to air dry naturally.
Protect from heat & sunlight
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the leather’s finish and colour.
Store thoughtfully
When not in use, keep your bag in its dust bag and store it in a cool, dry place.
How do I clean the leather?
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth for regular dusting. For deeper cleaning or to refresh the leather, we recommend using a specialized, high-quality leather cleaner and conditioner.
